Say my Name, Say my Name....ACIM Review VI: Lesson #203

I am not a body. I am free. For I am still as God created me./I call upon God’s name and on my own.

I am a BIG fan of kid-like movies. Main character overcoming obstacles kind of movies. Feel-good happy movies.

So when I saw Disney’s Turning Red. Well….I loved, loved LOVED it!

Turning red is about a young lady (Mei Lee) who turns into a HUGE red panda every time she gets excited. As a 13-year old you can imagine, this is a little more often than she likes. It makes for some hilarious escapades. But, eventually (spoiler alert), Mei Lee learns to own the power and agency her emotions can bring.

I am not as evolved as Mei Lee.

When my energy in motion (aka emotions) come to call I am not always so welcoming. I feel like the huge red panda in the room when I turn frustrated or angry. Mei Lee can teach me a lot about owning the truth of who I am in these moments.

Lesson 203, like Mei Lee, encourages us to love our red pandas. To remember that there is no part of us. Not one single emotion that doesn’t have its foundation in Source. And if we are all truly energy and vibration, we can learn to love all of the parts of ourselves. Even the red pandas we may feel uncomfortable with.

No matter who you are. No matter what you think you have done. You are still as God/Source created you. And you have only to call on the name of the Universe which lives within your very DNA to remember. God. Source. Christ consciousness. Buddha. Boddhisatva. Whatever name you call it-it is one-ness. And you are perfect in the grace of its knowing of who you are in your truth. Divinity in motion.

Red pandas and all.
